Terms of Withdrawal

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date you receive it, without giving any reason (opt-out).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging
  • You must notify us in writing (via email) of your decision to return within the 14-day period.
  • Certain items (e.g. sealed hygiene parts or consumables) may not be eligible if opened.

We will provide you with return instructions and the address for sending back the item.

You must return the product within 14 days of informing us of your intention to cancel.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • We will refund you the full purchase price, including the standard shipping cost.
  • The refund will be processed via your original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the goods (or proof of return).

Please note:

  • We do not refund any express delivery fees (if selected).
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In this case will apply our guarantee.

Non-Returnable or Limited Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened consumables (e.g. gas canisters, flavor pods)
  • Hygiene-related parts once unsealed
  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the case.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We provide a standard withdrawal form upon request or you may email us directly.
