You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, without providing any reason (opt-out).
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging
- You must notify us in writing (via email) of your decision to return within the 14-day period.
- Certain items (e.g. sealed hygiene parts or consumables) may not be eligible if opened.

We will provide you with return instructions and the address for sending back the item.
You must return the product within 14 days of informing us of your intention to cancel.
If a refund is approved:
- Once we receive information about the item being sent by you and in transit, we will complete the refund to you.
- We will refund you the full purchase price, excluding the standard shipping cost.
- The refund will be processed via your original method of payment, within 14 days after you sending us the item.
Please note:
- We do not refund any express delivery fees (if selected).
- You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In this case, our guarantee will apply.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened consumables (e.g. gas canisters, flavor pods)
- Hygiene-related parts once unsealed
- Custom or personalized items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the case.
Under EU law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We provide a standard withdrawal form upon request or you may email us directly.
