Delivery Costs - Mainland Europe 

• Free delivery is available for all orders over €70 

• For orders below €70, the following charges apply:
  

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number.

• You can track your shipment by following the instructions 

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
  

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Estimates

• Standard Shipping (outbound): 2–3 business days 

• Standard Shipping Inbound (Returns) - Subject to Returns Policy

Lost or Delayed Packages

• If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at hello@flavand.com

• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
